Bloodhounds Heading to Knockout Summer Slam — Fundraising Underway

Adale Wrestling is sending a team to the Knockout Summer Slam, one of the premier summer wrestling tournaments in Florida. The event runs June 18-20, 2026 at Osceola High School in Kissimmee, with a weigh-in and FREE clinic on June 17. Fundraising is officially underway — see Coach Grant or Coach Frank to get involved.

This is a massive opportunity for the program. Every wrestler is guaranteed 10 or more matches over the course of the tournament, making it one of the best competitive development events available during the off-season. The Bloodhounds are going to compete, get better, and come back ready for next season.

Why This Tournament

The Knockout Summer Slam is exactly the kind of competition that separates programs that show up in November ready to win from those that are still figuring things out. Ten-plus matches per wrestler in a pool format means every athlete gets quality reps against opponents they have not seen before — the best possible preparation for next season.

Coming off a historic 16-3 campaign, the Bloodhounds are not satisfied. This summer is about widening the gap. Coach Grant and Coach Frank will be running the team at this event, and the expectation is that every wrestler who attends comes back a better competitor.

10+ matches guaranteed. Off-season reps like this are how programs take the next step.

Fundraising is underway — see Coach Grant or Coach Frank to participate.

AAU Card Requirement

All participating wrestlers must have a valid AAU card — note this is AAU, not USA Wrestling. If you do not currently have an AAU card, get that sorted well in advance of the June 17 weigh-in. Reach out to the coaching staff if you need help getting registered.

How to Sign Up

Money collection is currently underway. See Coach Grant or Coach Frank directly to get your spot locked in. The team rate covers up to 19 wrestlers, so spots are limited. Do not wait on this one.
