Senior Team Captain Daniel Buford (126 lbs) competed at the FHSAA 2A State Championships at Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee. His journey from 3rd at Districts to the state mat is a highlight of the program's historic 16-3 season.

Adale Wrestling placed 3rd overall at the FHSAA 2A District 7 IBT at Auburndale High School. Connor Trevino led with a 2nd place finish at 215 lbs, while seven teammates earned 3rd place finishes. Daniel Buford's run continued all the way to the State Championships.

From early morning practices to the bright lights of Silver Spurs Arena, these coaches have poured everything into their wrestlers.
March 10, 2026From the opening Talbott Duals where they went 3-0, to Daniel Buford competing under the lights at Silver Spurs Arena, the 2026 season was one for the record books. The Bloodhounds racked up 16 dual meet wins, placed 3rd at Districts with 8 individual placers, and sent their first-ever state qualifier.
